Whenever I need to call or receive calls from UC I am unable to pass security by answering the security questions as I don't know the answer to one of the two questions. (I had support when creating my UC account and the person who helped me also doesn't remember).

Normally I can pass security another way by giving a code but as the text system was down this afternoon it didn't work and they said they will call back.

It's probably best if I can update or change the security questions to avoid this problem in future but I cannot see on the UC account system anywhere to change this?
