Are taxis readily available at the international airport? Or should we book something before landing?

Are Ubers typically available all day, for example if we wanted to visit the nearby waterfall? Would it be difficult getting an Uber coming back?

Hello! Are there planned outdoor markets throughout the city in the summer? Not a large festival or a permanent store, but more like smaller pop-up markets, farmers markets, crafts fairs, things like that that are along the streets for a day or morning? I've looked online but cannot seem to find a list (if one exists). Thank you in advance!
