I have recently discovered these sucklet plushies... only to discover they're not being sold anymore. Will they make a return someday?

Hello, my friend has started relapsing back into their anorexia (sorry if that's not how it's properly said). Like the title says, is it okay to ask them if they have eaten daily? Sorry if this is a stupid question but I really don't want to make their current state worse accidentally. They've started to isolate themselves to the point of ghosting almost... I'm really worried about them and just want to check on them in any way I can.

Any other advice in regard to helping a friend throughout this is appreciated!

I don't have pictures, but it was a manga about these guys in college (iirc), and in their universe they would have their soulmate's name appear somewhere on their body. One guy had white hair and the other black. The white haired guy thought he was one of the few people who didn't have a soulmate when, in reality, his soulmate's name was under one of his buttcheek LOL. The black haired guy saw it, realized it was his name, but never told him anything about it.
