Hiya guys, just curious about a couple of things. To become a Crew Trainer do you need A) All 4 stars and B) to be over 18? I'm not personally sure as a few of ours have moved up to Trainer without Kitchen experience, then gotten it afterwards, yet everything online says you need all 4.
