As title describes my pc has been virtually handicapped, i have taken it offline and access to task manager removed and so were options to restart and shut down (i have successfully restored that) but am struggling to find a way to remove the worm or malware without putting my pc back online, i have no usb currently available. I have scanned the pc using windows defender but nothing pops up. What are the next steps?
