Long-time snow and tinnitus getting worse
I've had tinnitus since 10 y/o due to extreme sound exposure. I hear many notes across what sounds like 2-3 octaves. Some chirping.
My visual snow started about 20 years ago, coincidentally with taking lithium for the first time.
Lately been waking up to psychedelic-like afterimages (tracers) that persist for almost an hour some days.
All these symptoms have been getting worse lately, don't know why. No med changes or significant diet changes.
Arranging to see ENT and neuro-opthalmologist. Not sure what else I can do. Thoughts, anyone?
