I asked for long blended layers but instead got choppy layers with the top layer landing right at my chin. The top layer is so blunt and makes my hair look like I have a lob or bob and long hair. I hate the way it looks and am wondering if the only way to fix it is to cut it short.

I’ve gotten this haircut on accident twice now and hated it both times and am unsure why it keeps happening when asking for long layers.
