2006 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 cruiser carbureted bike. My bike worked fine last week but now won’t shift into 2nd gear or higher with engine off or on. I can get into 1st or neutral no issue. Has floor boards and th linkage under floor boards was disconnected for now. Please help. Does this bike have a positive neutral safety switch? Where bike has to be moving to shift?
