Person ordered a small grocery store of goods for delivery
I get it. We offer a service and aim to provide great customer service.
But this person ordered almost 500 items, including around 30 gallons of water and 20+ cases of water. The rest of the items are duplicates mostly, but it’s 3 full dollies and 2 L-carts FULL of groceries.
They ordered it for delivery for an address about 40 minutes away, and it’s freezing here so no idea why they need all this water.
Why the actual hades would someone think this is okay? Oh and around here, Spark delivers, not us, so it’s not like we have a delivery van capable of this. No one who has tried can fit it so we are going to have to ask them to come get it themselves.
Why don’t we have a limit on order sizes?
