He is supposedly a purebred Maltese, but there is no way 😅 we have another purebred Maltese who is very clearly a Maltese, but Cooper is just so different. Not to mention he is 18lbs… and is very dopey 🤣 his lazy eye is very fitting for him. They claimed that he was born breech and that is why he was so much bigger than the other pups in his litter. And coincidentally the breeder decided to stop giving pedigree paperwork and he was her last litter 😶
