I can’t seem to pin point exactly when my melasma started. I know for sure I had been off BC for quite some time, at least 5 yrs. Never had it when I was on BC.
I’m considering doing HRT (patch) but now that my melasma is under control (enough that makeup covers it) I’m scared it’s going to come back with a vengeance. I use mineral tinted Spf 50 every day & Retin-A every night.
Is there anyone on here using HRT & can share if/how it affected your melasma? Thanks!

Anyone’s spouse make them fly off the handle? The last 3 out of 4 weekends my husband has said and/or done something that makes me go from 0 to 50 in a blink. This time was BAD. Yes my grievances were justified, but the outrageous rage probably not. Other question Is has anyone tried & been successful with therapy? I’ve never gotten anything, ANYTHING out of therapy before but I’m wondering if I need to revisit. This would be more for my kids, I don’t want them to see me this way.
I’m on meds (anxiety/depression not HRT. I really don’t want to go on HRT)

Or someone who understands the legal system better than the average person. I would think it no but, is there a chance the Comey case brought on by Todd Blanche will stick? It seems like pretty egregious abuse of the political system & frankly bull shit.
