Can anyone post or dm me brokers that they know of if you are one… I need help looking for a studio and I’m willing to pay the fee. Thank you!

I know this is an impossible mission but I know people who had done it. I am looking for a studio under 2 k and willing to go to any neighborhood to have it. I am willing to pay a broker as well! I know people who have found deals like this on Craigslist but every time I find one it seems to be a scam. They send me a link or ask for money today etc… any recommended brokers or tips for finding this? I am done with having roommates… HELP
