hellooo! i passed the entrance test but my only way to be part of UST is through a scholarship po. I was looking forward to get into Santo Tomas Scholarship but according to my Certificate of Batch Ranking I’m Rank 2.5 since may ka-tie po ako, is there a possibility na ma-consider po ito as Top 2 pa rin?? 😭 I already emailed OSA about this matter 2 days ago but they still havent replied so Im having second thoughts to pay the confirmation slot 😔😔
