Disney Passholder issue
a year ago my ex’s mom got us both Disney annual passes as an anniversary gift. we broke up 2 months later. she quit making payments on it entirely. she was originally on the contract but I think because hers had a different expiration date and year she was able to renew hers. somehow it’s just me and my ex on the contract when I called Disney’s annual pass to see. I haven’t been able to get a legitimate answer from calling them about whether I can just pay my pass and not his. again I wasn’t the contract owner when the passes were bought. the call either gets transferred and I’m back to the main questions waiting for a cast member or the call takes me immediately to the customer service feedback. I would go to Disney Springs if I was able to and ask this in person but I don’t live close enough and have a ride. Just would like to know if anyone was in a similar situation and if they were able to figure out what they had to do. Thanks!
