Our shift lead unintentionally chose Check instead of Cash when doing deposit last night.
The manager was looking for ticket to open and couldn’t find appropriate one, so she called.
There is no ticket for this. You have to notify DTS to take care of this particular situation.

i’m not at work but was asked if it had ever happen to me, which it hadn’t. Cashier rings up tampons and register shows
“null” all across screen. another transaction was a soda with the same “null” response.
if they try to cash out the register freezes and you have to restart. this happened on all the of my registers today.
any ideas?? thanks
