BILLING SCAM using VM graphics for a direct debit warning

I get an email each month from VM when they take out the DD payment. I looked especially this month as I am now on a lower tariff/contract and am due a credit. YAY. But this was a laughably fake bill being so high... it was immediately apparent it was a scam. Also, it did not address me by name as usual. So just beware as they do provide the official contact phone #, but of course they want you to click on their scam link so you can 'sort it'.

Sorry if this has come up already. I tried to search Reddit for a posting. Maybe I was doing it wrong. Apologies if a known scam to VM and their customers.

Japanese Holly sudden almost complete leaf drop

I have been watering it regularly in the heat here. Maybe it got too wet? Sorry pic is not the best, but there is a wall in the background and the pot is behind others atm. 2nd pic was last year but only shows part of it, but gives an idea. Maybe it's not a Japanese Holly at all and I have been looking after it all wrong?

It has been happy in this pot for over 10 years. I prune it as needed. I use it for when making my xmas wreaths and need some small filler greenery with berries. It does get miniature regular shaped holly leaves down low, but the upper parts have always had the nice straight branches with round leaves. It was just showing a big growth spurt, too which would have been great this December. I did a double take making the rounds today, saw a lot of oval leaves on the ground and in nearby containers. I barely touched it to lean in for a look and more leaves dropped. Now it's just about naked!

Is it from over-watering? It has survived wet summers in years past. What about a fungus? Thanks for any help. This was one of my dependables so quite a shock.I am not finding much online except for root rot, but it has never minded wet summers in the past.

Lost internet whilst trying to split 2.4 & 5 ghz so as to reconnect my printer which dropped off wifi.

Recently my Epson printer dropped its connection to wifi. Read up that some older devices do not know diff bwt 2.4 and 5 ghz on Hub 5. So I followed the officially sanctioned video to make a separate name for the 2.4 part, so the printer can be manually configured to that. Did all properly, but when I went to reset and fire up everything, I have NO INTERNET at all. I thought I buggered up the new config in the browser. So I started again, rinsed and repeated many times. Then I popped over to my stepson's vodafone connection I can reach from the garden and the Virgin site says in Bristol there is an intermittent connectivity issue? Is that why my modem will not reset/reconnect, even when I tried to reverse the process in case I did it all wrong? I get a steady white light. No pulsing blue... I even pushed the reset on it and for a bit it would sometimes go red. That was when I thought to check the service/signal in my area. But mostly it just stays white like normal, but no signal.

I have AMD and struggle to do things that used to come naturally. Was with Telewest from 2001 and have stayed with Virgin. It's hard enough that our package has now gone to £180, but don't know what else to do as we are a hard wired building and cannot change providers. Our cables run under the terrace to the manhole in the road. No wires allowed on our Grade 2 building by freeholder agreement. I just want to know if I need to put it all 'back' to just one connection and if so, will it be easier to diagnose the problem? Or is it for sure intermittent signal in Bristol and I should just walk away from this hell until tomorrow? Is it easier to buy a more modern printer so I don't have to do this?

Also... whatever happened to the Virgin Community Forums, are they not coming back? I used to be able to communicate with a Virgin Team member when needed on there, or there were the long term uses who helped others.

Thanks anyone!
