Pregnant with my first. Due date is December 4th. With a medical history of myomectomy (uterine fibroid surgery) I am required to give birth by scheduled c-section at 37 weeks (November 13-19).

As I prepare my pregnancy announcement for friends and family, is it customary to put the baby is coming in November (reality) or December (clinical due date)
