A good news catering story

I went to a luncheon for 50 people yesterday, set meal: 2 salads, a lamb dish, a chicken dish, roast potatoes. All put out in bowls for people to pass around. Desserts: alternate choc brownie n vanilla ice cream or Basque cheesecake. Both impressive.
The caterers made a plate for me with a spicy lentil stuffed eggplant and salad, and I could share the spuds. Omg it was Mega Delicious!! And with some protein, bonus.
Dessert: they brought me out my own choc brownie and vanilla ice cream !! (I suspect the whole brownie was vegan, then they put dairy choc sauce on the others and dairy ice cream).
Sorry no pics, it wouldn't have been appropriate.
It's just so exciting to be well catered for.... or do I need to get a life 😆
The caterers are A3 Hospitality, serving the Nagambie - Euroa region, north of Melbourne. They've been around awhile and are highly regarded by the local community. If you are in the area, they will do picnics and other small or big caters. They're on Fb and Insta.
