Evening all!

I’ve recently acquired a used L21284976 (25.5mm) 2021 watch that’s changing the date at between 1:30am and 2:00am (it starts at 12 but takes almost 2 hours to change).

Is this normal / within spec? I spoke to Longines who said it’s not but I’m not sure the guy was as knowledgeable as the folk here! I was told it can be serviced free of charge to fix it as it’s within warranty, but that will take 12 weeks to complete. I’m in a position to return it, not sure what to do!

Any advice would be appreciated.
