What's on wrist today?
Today I'm wearing the hydroconquest GMT
Hydrconquest gen 2 vs gen 3
I'm trying to better understand the changes in the new Gen 3. As far as I can tell, the difference is they got rid of the Arabic numerals, added micro adjustment, and the case is a little thinner. Are there any other differences? As far as I can tell the Gen 2 still has the ceramic bezel, 72h power reserve, same movement with silicon balance spring. The Gen 2 is $700 cheaper, I prefer the Arabic numerals, I do want the micro adjustment but not sure it's worth $700 and waiting weeks for the watch as the Gen 3 seems to be sold out everywhere. Would I be making a mistake buying a gen 2 if I like the aesthetics of it?

HydroConquest 39 vs 42, 18cm wrist, which one?
Hi Guys!
Need your help :)
This will be my first automatic watch, already decided on the HydroConquest. Just stuck between 39mm and 42mm. Wrist is exactly 18cm. May be a really tiny bit above.
Pics attached, green one is the 42, black one is the 39. Going with black either way so ignore the color, just need help with size. Disclaimer, the pics don’t fully do them justice, they look better in person.
Honestly I like both. 39 feels a bit more refined, 42 has more presence. Even the AD leaned 39 but couldn’t fully decide either.
Before this I was set on the Seiko SPB383 GMT, so this is where I landed after a lot of back and forth.
Anyone with a similar wrist, what did you go with?
Longines Hydroconquest 41mm used value?
I’m picking up the new Longines Hydroconquest 39m today. I currently have the older version in the 41mm Auto I’m looking to get rid of. It’s in pretty good condition, what can I expect to get for this watch?

Frustrated with lug to lug - New Hydroconquest
Hi all!
I am relatively new to the watch world, but looking to upgrade from my two entry-tier watch collection with a Seiko Sport 5 and and an Orient Bambino.
Both of my current watches are 40mm+ (I think Seiko 5 is 42.5), so I naturally assumed I could do the 42mm new Hydroconquest and get a similar dial size to what I am used to. Shockingly, the lug to lug on the 39mm is bigger than even my Seiko Sport 5!
I know a lot of people like 39mm, so I am trying to adjust, but it just feels like a whole lot less watch and doesn't seem as cool to me. I am waiting to try it on to see what I think, but 39 is a pretty big jump down from what I am used to.
Is there a benefit to the longer lugs? Like, does it make it seem slimmer or something? Please help me understand what I am missing.
Thanks all. Aside from this, the new Hydroconquest is beautiful and still my number one watch. I am sad to think about passing it just because it is too small.
Edit: Forgot to include my wrist size - 6.75"
Let’s talk about how awesome the lume on the Spirit Pilot is!
Pleasantly surprised! I debated long and hard between buying this or the Tudor Ranger. The Ranger’s printed dial was a turn off for me. I love the look of the gilt applied indices on the Spirit Pilot, and I feel correctly deduced that the lume would be awesome. It is! Super underrated watch.
Need help deciding on next watch
Hey all! I just finished getting my masters degree and was wanting a new watch to commemorate. Which one of these should I buy? I love them both equally and can’t decide…
[WTS] Longines Spirit for Sale, $1350. Like new 37mm. Venmo/PayPal/CashApp preferred.

Loving this BluShark sailcloth on the HC.
[question] Just bought a Hamilton khaki field mechanical what’s next?!
In my 30s bourbon was my hobby and now about to turn 40 I believe watches will be a new hobby for myself. I picked up a Hamilton khaki field mechanical (black dial), Tissot Gentleman (blue dial), and a Longines spirit (white dial) all 40mm. The 38-40mm seems to be what I enjoy the look and feel of most. I’ve posted before about looking to make my first big watch purchase (under 5k). What are some watches I should be looking to add to my collection?
Hydroconquest 39 Tools Bracelet
Hi everyone,
I ordered the new 39mm Hydroconquest and would like to order a rubber strap.
What tool do I need to remove the standard steel bracelet? Do I need to remove it from just one side, or from both sides at the same time, like with the old or previous Hydroconquest models?
Longines Hydroconquest 2026 39mm or 42mm?
I have a 19 cm wrist and tree times I go back and forth and still can’t decide which size to choose! Any advice?

Some more HC Action
Longines HC is slowly becoming my daily driver. I find myself wearing it more and more because of its versatility as someone who has two other divers and my grail watch. I still gravitate to the HC for not only its versatility in everyday environments (swimming in the pool, ocean, other physical activities, and day-to-day activities) but also its versatility in style.
