My gerd symptoms arent so much reflux as much as they are constant burping, lump in throat, shortness of breath, gas, pressure in throat (relieved by burps), left shoulder tension/pain. I do get acid in my throat but it doesn't bother me much, I often have warm liquids come back up after eating/drinking.

My most concerning issue is shooting pains that last for a second, sometimes one or two but they shoot across my chest and take my breath away. Often a burp will follow. I have left sided pains under my ribs thats often followed by a burp ( that's how I know a burp is coming, actually). The shooting pains terrify me because I always think its cardiac related. Does anyone else have this?

The pain causes a few minutes of panic. Im a sahm with 2 toddlers and Im honestly hating life atm, I live in fear of these pains and dying of a heart issues while home alone with the kids.

(ive been diagnosed with GAD)
