I'm working under Project Lyra, and I received PO of last week which was off by a mile from the actual PO. I sent several tickets via Zendesk about it , but I'm yet to receive any assistance regarding the issue .
I can't understand whether I'll receive my payment in two POs , or whether is PO is totally wrong , has to be reissued.
Can anyone tell me if there's any other way to contact support ? If not , what should be my future steps regarding this issue?
