I create a post about paying for Internet, phone and TV and I get a response saying the system will generate a refund and send it in back to the custome. I cancelled service February 10, 2026 a ACH autopay was withdrawn February 3, 2026 and I was told my billing runs from the 14 of the month to the 14 of the month. The story was my service was cancelled in April 2026 because an employee realized I was no longer using the Xfinity service. All of the equipment was returned before I called to cancel and a email saying the cancellation was received February 10,2026. When things go this wrong it doesn’t make sense. I was a diamond customer customer unlike the other customers I use TV, Internet, and phone and paid over $300 plus after the service was used? If that makes sense keep the money.
