I have a question (3) for the front desk staff. Has a guest ever randomly brought you cookies or other goodies when checking in? What was your reaction? Did you do anything to show your appreciation? I’m a diamond member and staying at a Hilton resort next month and using my points. I thought I would arrive with goodies for the front desk staff.
