I don't know what to do so I pulled out my old Reddit account because this is my last hope. Last night I factory reset my laptop just for a fresh start, I didn't have much on it to begin with but it felt slower than usual. I did remove everything and a cloud install. By the time it was done, I looked over at my laptop and it had my old lock screen image. I tried to log in, but every time it keeps saying "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.". I tried to follow a YouTube tutorial on how to fix it, but my laptop wouldn't boot into safe mode by holding shift, I have to make my laptop force itself into repair mode to get to the startup options. And when I finally got to safe mode, I was still unable to fix it because it was just a black screen and a pop up that reads this --> https://imgur.com/a/Bc7deMJ I'm at a complete loss. What do I do?
