I mean I get it it’s a remnant of survivors but they have gotten better since the we see them in the beginning of the division 2, so I felt like they should look like a remnant survivors rebuilding what they were somewhat in the division 1? like JTF jackets with mismatched newer armo,etc? And I think we should see some true sons influence on them since one factions of the true sons have been helping us and maybe some of them in the White House could be cool
