Guys, idk what to do. It all started with my right ear becoming flakey and then my left following, then few years later I have intense itching near my perineum and anal region. Now I have flaking behind my right ear.

I’ve went to a few derm and they always prescribe hydrocortisone for my ear, recently I was prescribed Desonide, which helps but the flaking returns quick. For my anal region I was given Momtetasone Furoate ointment and Ciclopirox. That had rid me of the itching after the course only for it to return 2-3 weeks later. I have a bidet and stopped using toilet paper because it flared it more.
