Finally made Taco Fries

Well about 400 years ago I asked for your homemade taco recipes and ended up making pizza instead 😁 then it was burgers and then Chinese and then the kids got kids (unrelated to the food) then we went on some holidays and so on and so one.

Fast forward 3 months and I finally tried out the recipe from Scran Naasty on YouTube and OMG it was only delicious. It's definitely going on the lunch rotation. The baby had it with pasta instead of chips and devoured it too.

Some burnt chips there as I went out to walk the dog and then started chatting to the neighbour and forgot all about having food on but that's just mum life I think.

Hallo ihr Lieben,

Ich habe vorhin unseren Flur geflutet und brauche euren Rat.

Ich habe die Dusche warm laufen lassen, wurde abgelenkt und sie lief ein paar Minuten. Was ich nicht wusste - der Abfluss war verstopft und das Wasser lief schön in den Flur. Als ich wieder kam war der Flur ziemlich geflutet (ca. 1cm Wasser auf 1/3 des Bodens). Direkt darunter, also ein Stockwerk tiefer, hängt eine Lampe. Aus der tropfte es dann. Ich habe da jetzt die Sicherung raus gemacht, glaube ich, denn ich bin mir nicht mal ganz sicher, dass es die richtige Sicherung ist, kann es aber ja nicht ausprobieren.

Muss ich heute akut sonst noch etwas tun? Herrscht hier Gefahr? Sollte ich vorm Schlafengehen alle Sicherungen unten rausnehmen?

Muss ich jemanden kommen lassen oder kann man sowas einfach austrocknen lassen? Wie lange dauert sowas?
