So I have my Pc AMD RYZEN 7 9700x, (CPU) a Gigabyte b650 Gaming X AX V2 (motherboard) a RTX 4070 (GPU) G Skill Flare DDR5 Ram 32gbs and a cooler master 212 CPU Cooler and for whatever reason I cannot play marvel rivals and get anything higher than 40fps on all low settings my friend said I should be getting more frames due to my setup but I dont know. I'm debating on bringing it to the micro center so it could get diagnosed but I dont know about that either. I tried using user benchmarks and it was saying that everything about my pc is running significantly lower then common benchmarks :/ I need help or any suggestions on what I should do. I thought I built a good pc but I suppose not.
