Recently I sold a jacket for £70, buyer said it had a small rip on the inside and provided a photo, so I accepted a return, thinking I’d missed it - when I received the jacket back I was in shock, the rip was much bigger than the rip in the photos, it definitely wasn’t there when I sent it off. The whole situation was bizarre, and has thrown me a bit.
Now I’ve sold something for over £100 to a buyer with only a few reviews, from over a year ago.
I’m wondering what the best method is for shipping and what steps I need to take to ensure no issues if the buyer raises a dispute? I selected in post and a digital label, so curious to know how filming packaging works when the label is digital?
Thanks in advance!
