Thing in outlet
The large retail place my wife works just failed an audit by a state regulatory agency because the propane tanks are within 5 feet of an outlet outside the building. The inspector then opened the cover of the outlet and they saw this thing in there. He decided to demonstrated why he works for the state and went ahead and touched those prongs with his bare fingers! My wife said she kept it together enough to not laugh at him but she thinks he peed a little.
Anyway what the heck is it?
