Hey! So I’ve been on Zoloft for about 5 years now for OCD & anxiety and it has helped me a TON, but I’m honestly so over the total lack of libido. I feel like I’m at a really good place in managing my OCD and anxiety right now so it’s very scary to think about regressing if I go off it, so I’m wondering if anyone has any experiences/thoughts/insights/advice on how to effectively go off SSRIs and manage OCD without? Seriously, anything is appreciated :)

There’s a subreddit for this generic leaf pattern that people say can be found on something at any thrift store you go to. People post pictures of their “spottings” of it.
