Now’s the time when your managers and Sr managers are meeting to pump us up to give them a great survey review… if we want to make a change guys we need to all be 1000% honest on this survey. From the pay cuts to the job cuts to the micro management, don’t go in there giving these people 5 stars and complaining to Reddit later. DO SOMETHING NOW. Even if it doesn’t change the outcome they at least will be aware we are all on the same page and this is bull$@&! ✊

Is anyone else under constant micro managing with their manager? Mines literally will listen to calls without saying anything and randomly jump in my teams with what I need to say to the customer. I’m exceptional in almost every area including RPMS, not to mention I get an observation that’s rated non proficient almost every week for the littlest things. Do I just have a manager that hates me or is it just CarMax policy 🫠 clocking in this place feels more and more like we’re turning into robots instead of humans. HOW DO YOU ALL COPE THROUGH THIS
