I have a cheap system don’t judge but it’s plenty for my small s10. I’ve never had issues with it until last weekend I was out driving and every time the subs hit it sends my amp into protect mode and I can’t figure out why. The subs never made any bad sounds or anything before and when I push down on them they don’t sound scratchy or feel stiff. I have as big of a ground I could fit in the amp and as big of a power wire I could fit. The amp to my knowledge has never overheated or gotten hot warm but not hot. I’m still fairly new to this stuff and I’m lost any help would be appreciated. Thank you
