Hey. I found this on my desk and I have no idea what it is. Could you help me identify it, if it's some kind of bug?

Description:

- 3-4 mm (0.11 - 0.15 in)

- matte

- Found in Czech Republic

- surface: smooth with one horizontal seam/line

- it does not move

Also i'd like to add, that it appeared suddenly and after I brought paper kitchen napkins, but I didn't see it on any napkin. It just appeared where it is
