There have been a few posts recently regarding what should be expected at a regularly scheduled pediatric appt (the every 6 month appt approved by most insurance wtc). I have had some troubling appts with my own kids where there is basically very little cleaning done.

I understand X-rays only happen 1x a year unless otherwise neccessary (cavity etc).

Aside from xray, what should happen at, say, an 11 year old’s appt? How long should it take? I ask this because when I go to the dentist as an adult, I get a full cleaning by a hygienist where they use the water in my mouth and the suction thing, then polish teeth etc. should this same thing happen with an 11 to 16 year old child?

Hi all. Due to small space and storage issues, not looking for a panel but a red light “wearable cap” or brush for hair growth. I have seen plenty for sale on ulta, etc, but they all appear to be 200 plus’s is there a recommended affordable option?
