Advice Needed on the Abbey Yung Method

Ok I swear I feel crazy everytime I see anything about the Abbey Yung method. Why are people acting like it’s so revolutionary?? She’s literally posting every product under the sun and telling people to use them as indicated, and then when people say there’s too many products, an army of followers comes to defend her saying that you just have to pick what works for you?? How is this “method” any different from just going to the store, picking up products and using them as indicated?

I’m about to go viral with my sandwich method where I tell people to pick a type of bread, a type of meat, a type of cheese, veggies; and when people tell me you don’t need all that in a sandwich, I’ll tell them to just pick what works for them???

No but all jokes aside, am I missing something here?

I don’t know if this is the right subreddit for this, but I feel completely helpless and am looking for advice/someone to talk to.

I’m really not new to intense period pains, I’ve had them my whole life. Nausea, loss of consciousness, etc. I haven’t been able to get a stable family doctor as I’ve moved around a lot, but I was able to get 500mg naproxen prescribed a little while back.

But just now, I’ve experienced pain more intense than ever before. It genuinely felt like my brain stopped working. Nothing made sense anymore, all I could think about was the pain. I was trying to tell my partner about it but no sound other than crying could make it out of my mouth, until I was able to make up the words “I can’t talk” and then “I can’t think normal”. He’s truly amazing and was able to get me to focus on my breathing to calm myself down because I was so freaked out by it. I had taken the naproxen about 4 hours before this happened, so I couldn’t take anything more.

I finally have a new family doctor and he prescribed me external and internal ultrasounds (which I’ve had a few years ago with nothing unusual seen), and blood tests.

I feel like I’m going crazy, this can’t be normal but then I’ve always been told everything looked normal.

Has anyone ever experienced this???
