When did the infection occur: 26 June 2026

What did you do for remediation: I changed all my passwords and stuff and logged out of all accounts and did a reset locally via settings, however my Instagram was compromised on the 27th of June.

For some context, I wanted to install a fullbright mod for minecraft and I got brought to a page which showed a false captcha and me being dumb followed it and I copied a virus onto my powershell. Afterwards, my discord got compromised with a Mr beast fake giveaway spam sent to all my friends. Afterwards I reset discord Microsoft and reset my pc.

However, a couple minutes ago, my Instagram was also hacked with a similar fake giveaway this time with Elon musk. I saw it from my phone. Is my phone hacked too? What can I do? Thank you!
