Given unknown organism, and cultured in PEA, and EMB plates. The first image was the PEA (the circled quadrant is the unknown organism), and the second image is the EMB test (unknown organism is also the circled one). Growth on PEA indicates gram positive bacteria but I am not sure if that is growth on EMB test, can anyone help confirm?
