2007 5.7 doge ram mds

I pulled a 5.7 MDS Engine and went back with a NON MDS Engine CKS & OPS was different from the plug on harness so put original ones back on . Starter will not engage the start wire has no power when key is being turned to crack position fuel pump is not coming on either. no communication to PCN & CKS code was stored
