Hi there,

This is my second time ever having DHL for an order shipping from the USA to Canada.

The latest update on the shipping from DHL showed “exception” and “DUTY/TAX ASSESSED FOR PACKAGE, AWAITING PAYMENT. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR PAYMENT OPTIONS.”

I did not receive anything in my email from DHL.

I contacted customer service about not receiving the email for the required payment, but they said it will still ship to Canada to the post office and then they will contact me again for the payment.

I’m just confused how this will work because the last time I had DHL, I paid and then it was shipped to Canada.

I am just needing some more clarity on the situation if anyone has been in a similar situation.
