Im 26M, 5.7 , 70kgs , I was a chainsmoker, back in 2021 my throat started hurting n went 3 course of antibiotics n was cured bt Post nasal drip didnt stop, like never, n my throat,the same place that hurt back then hurts even these days time to time when i swallow from a particular angle, though all this symtoms have been there since 2021 n it never got worse, but its lingering , what dyu think it is? Is it cancer? No difficulty swallowing, no red flag sysmtoms , just the lingering Pain and Post nasal drip

I used to smoke a lot, a chain smoker, i had a throat infection in 2021 , and my throat started hurting, went through 3 antibiotics courses n the pain went away but post nasal drip never stopped after that, the same pain area use to hurt sometimes time to time , its been 4 or 5 years now, the pain and the post nasal drip never leaves me though the pain never progressed , its still the same like how it was 5 years ago, n no difficulty swallowing or nothing as such. No progression but lingering , is it cancer?
