Size 7 (37,5) and 7,5 (38)
My feet are 23x9,2 cms and I can wear both but prefer the 38 a bit.
They do not slip from the foot at all and I can comfortably wear them a whole day.
My feet are generally rather cold and do not tend to sweat so I am no reference in regards to that.
