Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to get back into the gym consistently after dealing with depression for the past couple of years. It’s been a struggle, but I’m at a point now where I actually want to build a routine I can stick to and maybe even enjoy again.

Lifting has been okay, but I’ve been thinking about adding boxing into the mix, not necessarily to compete, but more for cardio, learning some basic defense, and honestly just making fitness feel a bit more engaging again.

I’m just trying to find something that keeps me moving and helps me stay consistent long-term.

Appreciate any advice.
