Every game I see Hwei on enemy team, I already know for a fact that they'll just be spamming the QE rumble ult every time their Q is up. over and over QE EE QE EE QE EE. maybe 10% of the time they'll QQ or QW. I really wish Hwei had a longer cooldown or reduced damage on the spell for repeating abilities
