Do you have any evidence that can show whether ARAM MAYHEM uses an ELO system, or any other ranked matchmaking?

Surely Riot must be able to add a tank restriction system into the game. Just had my 4th game in a row with 3-4 tanks, at least half in every game were exodia mode, and its kinda shit and boring. Last game should have been over in 20 min, and we got held hostage until the 42 minute mark. I get, some games can be like that, but it seems like it almost every game atm is just tanks, grabbing 10-30k health, getting dropkick and then dancing while waiting 40 seconds for people to spawn, kill you in 3 seconds and repeat.
I know this is posted very frequently but how to tell if you are good at mayhem? I think i’m decent but i’m only emerald in SR so how good can I really be? just looking to see what people think. I see some common names across my games but like they could just be as “hardstuck” as me.
lowkey I think it’s better to just play an assassin or mage or even tank/bruiser (gasp I know melee champ in aram mayhem??) if you don’t have frontline than play adc. I think adc only op with frontline

I see WAY too many lulu picks. Before spirit bomb most healers were useless.
Vulnerability + Jeweled Gauntlet + Magic Missiles.
I would hit someone with ult or W and they would slowly die to DoT + Magic Missiles. It looked absolutely crazy.
There are games where I fully understand taking dropkick. Getting poked for 20mins and its the only way you can have fun this game? Go for it. But PLEASE if you have an actual fun and engaging game, one heartsteel quest tank goes dropkick and the "who oneshots who" shitfest starts.

I will keep it short, out of the 15 most picked champions in Mayhem (according to https://www.metasrc.com/de/lol/mayhem/tier-list), 14 of them are ranged, with 9 of them being marksmen.
IMO, this ruins the whole point of ARAM Mayhem, which is to have chaotic fun. When I have to sit under tower and twirl my thumbs for 15 minutes before I get to play my champion and interact with the enemy team, it makes me question why I even queued up in the first place.
This post is not about winning, it's about having fun. Even if I win after scaling up, the whole game was still a miserable experience. Currently, there is a similar problem in Arena with ADCs being by far the most consistent and having BY FAR the best augments.
I can imagine this is a difficult problem to fix because the ADC player base also needs to have fun, and being nerfed is never fun.
Everyone seems to complain about adcs and dropkick, but are there any cool off-meta builds that anyone’s found? For example ethereal weapon allowing for AP champs to buy sword of blossoming dawn or BORK, or AP Jarvan IV with the terrain’d augment. I’m tired of playing the same pokeslop or exodia tank and want to try something fun for a change.
So is Eureka, Crit missile, Double Tap, Tooth Fairy, Overflow, and many others. This gamemode is all luck and the team that higrolls more wins
Just throwing this out there if it's only certain champions that even get this because I feel like I'd be super fun to use but have never got it ever.

Honestly, after close to 1000 Mayhem games, tanks are fine they have some highrolls but I don't see them as a problem if you pick one champ that can actually kill a tank.
I know this is a crazy high roll and on Vayne of all champs but any adc can kill tanks no problem if you actually know how to build them and have hands for them.
Im sick of every player that only plays spam champs complaining that tanks are broken when all it takes is using your brain for 2 sec to build against them.
Yeah there is the 10/20 % of games where they highroll so hard that there is nothing to do but most of the games are always some mage or ADC that gets to have fun while the other 9 players just sit in the cuck chair. What's crazier is that the other augs I had offered next to those would have led to the same outcome but in a different way. I had: deft, goredrink, dual wield, tap dancer, draw your sword, and a few others, so no matter what build I would have gone, that poor Maokay would have either had to deal with a 1000 ms 3.0 AS Vayne or an unkillable raid boss.
Final build: Double tap, fan the hammer, typhoon, critical missile.
I recently played a game as rammus where I built void immolation and the item text stated that it did true dmg. But long and behold every single time i hugged the enemy, all it did was magic damage and not alot of it, the damage recap also showed that the item damage was nothing but magic damage.
I haven't seen a post regarding this bug, but this seems pretty bad since you're bricking your prismatic augment.

Any specific augments are are op on bruisers? The exodia augments for tank and adc are well known. Tooth fairy on assassin is known. What about op augs on bruisers?
