I’m about a month in, truly I enjoy this type of work. I like being left alone to listen to music and grind out my never ending piles. All this being said I (24m) am finding myself discouraged at times by the sheer volume of what comes from the kitchen all at once. I can manage the restaurant dishes but once the kitchen dumps their bus-bins i immediately fall behind and lose my step. I work alone and I move as fast as I can but can never seem to fully stay on top of it. (I also got 0 training) any tips or knowledge would be appreciated. I want to do well at this but just can’t seem to find the right rhythm. Thanks in advance!
