hi i usually don't use this site but i thought i would i have been addicted to masturbation since i was around 10 im now 17 and still but after today i dont anymore my gf f17 went through my phone and found bad things she told me about it and said i have 2 weeks to get clean from it this is my turning point and im getting it the hard way, i have urges constantly can anyone give advice on how to stop completely? i really need to very bad and im so overcome with guilt.
