Is this anything to worry about I changed my tactic an this is the report I got.. should I change anything ? I scored 8 but conceded 5 just a little worried

Hi can anyone help me with training for this tactic, also does it matwr if I ask my assistant to put they’re roles wich are best suited to them or shall I keep it as the tactic is now? As it’s a preloaded one
