I am using Ethernet cable routed through router & windows is showing that Ethernet is connected. But, when I try to use any softwares that requires internet (browser, discord), it doesn't work. Browser shows that "This site can't be reached" & discord is stuck at "starting..." or sometimes "retrying update".

I did these things, but none of them is worked.

* Reset network stack

* Network Reset

* Flushed DNS

* Reinstalled Network Adapter

* Changed DNS

* Set IP assignment to manual

* Uninstalled VPN

* Changed Cable

Same had happened to me a long time ago, but that time uninstalling VPN worked. But now it's not working.
